Cookie Policy
Last updated: 21 May 2026
This cookie policy explains how Stimulus Nutrition uses cookies and similar technologies on stimulus-nutrition.fresh-web.co.uk. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle any personal data collected.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device when you visit them. They are widely used to make websites work, or to make them work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site's owner. Similar technologies include local storage and pixel tags.
What cookies we use
This website is light on cookies. We do not use any cookies for advertising or marketing, and we do not use analytics products that profile individual visitors (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no Hotjar, no similar tools).
Some cookies and data transfers can occur as a by-product of third-party services we embed on particular pages. We have chosen to disclose these rather than gate them behind a consent banner, so that you can make an informed choice using your browser's own privacy controls.
Cookies and third-party requests
- Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection) — When you submit the contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile runs a silent challenge to verify you are human. It may set short-lived cookies and perform a local storage write as part of that challenge. These are strictly necessary for the form to work and are set only at the point of submission. They do not track you across sessions or other websites.
-
Google Maps — On pages where we embed an interactive Google Map (typically the contact page), Google may set cookies on your browser to provide the map service. The main one is
NID, which Google uses for personalisation across its services and which typically persists for around six months. We do not control these cookies; they are set by Google directly when the map iframe loads. - Google Fonts — We use fonts served from Google's CDN. This does not set a cookie, but it does send your IP address and basic browser information to Google each time a page loads, because the fonts are fetched from Google's servers.
If you don't want the Google cookies or data transfers, you can block third-party cookies in your browser settings, or use a privacy extension (for example uBlock Origin or Privacy Badger) to prevent Google resources from loading. Maps will not display in-page and fonts will fall back to a default system typeface; the rest of the site will work normally.
If we ever add behavioural analytics, a chat widget, or marketing pixels, we will update this policy, and where consent is required we will ask for it before any such cookies are set.
Third-party cookies and recipients
The third parties that may interact with your browser when you use this site are:
- Cloudflare — content delivery, hosting, and the Turnstile bot-protection challenge on the contact form.
- Google — when a page embeds an interactive map, or when fonts are loaded from Google's CDN.
We do not embed third-party trackers such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, or similar tools.
Controlling cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you:
- See which cookies a website has set
- Block all or some cookies
- Delete cookies that have already been stored
- Be warned before a cookie is stored
Because the only cookies this site may set are strictly necessary for the operation of the contact form, blocking them may prevent the form from working. Other pages on the site will remain fully accessible.
For guidance on managing cookies in specific browsers, see the advice published by the ICO at ico.org.uk/your-data-matters/online/cookies/.
Changes to this policy
If we change the cookies this site uses, we will update this policy and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page for at least 30 days.
