How Stimulus Nutrition started, and what we actually built.

The frustration.
The pre-workout aisle was a noise machine. 5,000mg "energy matrices" that hid the dose. Labels promising "next-level pumps" from 800mg of citrulline — a fifth of what the research uses. Stimulants stacked four-high so the tub felt strong even when the actives weren't. We weren't supplement scientists, but we were lifters — and we wanted to know exactly what we were putting in the scoop. So we started building the brand we'd actually buy.
Eighteen months of formulation, tasting, and label-reading later, OMNISHRED launched. Every dose set at the clinical research level. Every ingredient on the front of the label. One flavour — Pink Lemonade — because we'd rather get one flavour right than rush four to market. The first 20 reviews came back at 4.9 out of 5. Then we built Essential Creatine to go with it. Same principle: do one thing properly.

He owns the product story end-to-end — formulation choices, dosing, label clarity, and the supplier relationships in the UK. Adnan handles the half of the business that keeps the lights on — operations, fulfilment, the Shopify backend, the customer side of the inbox. He's also been the brand's loudest tester: every formulation revision had to clear his 5am training session before it shipped.
