My order hasn't arrived — what now?
Orders process in 1–2 business days, then standard UK delivery is 2–4 business days. If it's been longer than a week from order date, email us at info@stimulusnutrition.com with your order number and we'll chase it.
Can I return an open tub?
No — for hygiene reasons we can only accept returns on unused, unopened tubs in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. If the product is faulty, that's different — email us and we'll sort it.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not yet. We're UK-only while we keep the launch lean. EU + ROI is on the roadmap for late 2026.
